The Great Giselle

Synopsis

Act 1 

Giselle Coralli, an A-list actress, is at a garden party in Monte Carlo for Power Horse, a film she stars in that has been nominated as best picture at the Monte Carlo Film Awards. Albrecht Silesia, the director of Power Horse, is enchanted by Giselle at the party. 

Later at the Monte Carlo Film Awards ceremony, Power Horse is announced the winner for best picture. The cast goes to Club Frou Frou to celebrate.

Act 2

Bathilde, Giselle and a cast of dancers rehearse and shoot a commercial on the beach. After the shoot, Albrecht asks Giselle out to dinner and she accepts. But Henri Loys, a shady French producer, sends Myrta and Sally to distract Albrecht as he kidnaps Giselle. Albrecht chases after him and fights him. 

Suddenly, Inspector Jacques of the Monte Carlo Police arrives on the scene and arrests Henri for kidnapping Giselle. Everyone rejoices as Albrecht and Giselle fall in love with a kiss.
